Explain the whole movement
A kit car may need transport while being built, before approval or to an event. Quotezone's kit-car page does not state detailed transit or trailer protection. Its product label cannot answer what is covered while the vehicle is loaded, being carried or unloaded.
Record whether you tow it yourself or use a paid service, what is moved and the planned dates. Keep the towing vehicle, trailer and carried car as separate property descriptions. If parts travel separately from the chassis, raise those separately too.
Ask the right person about each question
Ask the towing vehicle's provider about the actual use and combination; ask about trailer and carried-vehicle protection separately. If using a professional transporter, ask what its terms and insurance documents say about the particular load and movement. A booking receipt alone does not establish the scope of protection.
Ask who is responsible during collection, loading, transit, unloading and storage. Check any evidence, declared-value and claim-contact requirements in the actual arrangements. These are questions prompted by the gap in the kit-car product description, not market-wide contractual rules.
Keep legal and insurance checks independent
Appropriate motor insurance for road driving is a separate requirement from vehicle approval and registration. This site does not check driving entitlement, towing weight, trailer condition, load restraint or approval-test travel rules. Use the relevant official guidance and competent advice for those matters.
The preparation tool flags work/towing as requiring a discussion and keeps unfinished builds outside its on-road referral path. It never treats a completed worksheet as permission to drive or transport the car. Confirm arrangements before the movement, keeping unresolved issues visible.
